Behringer xenyx 1204 usb geen geluid

Als ik een 6.3 jack van mijn luidspreker naar mijn alt 3-4 output aansluit krijg ik bijna geen geluid. alles is superstil.
Sluit ik de main outputs (xlr) of control room (ook 6.3 jack) aan werkt alles prima.

Iemand een idee hoe dit komt?

Druk de "Mute" schakelaar van bepaalde kanalen maar eens in.
Dit routeert namelijk die kanaal naar alt 3-4.
The ALT 3- 4 outputs are unbalanced and carry the signals of the channels that you have assigned to this group using the MUTE switch.
