Cd/HD speler software updates

Cdj800 mk2 heeft alweer een poos een nieuwer firmware, maar zag deze nog niet hier staan dus bij deze.

en volgens pioneer hebben ze het volgende eraan gedaan:

the update will improve the Master Tempo performance, improve readability of dirty or scratched discs and improves loop performance and better disc recognition (CD-R – CDDA).

wat ik met name heb gemerkt is dat er een foutje zat in de 2.00 firmware dat je de melding kreeg: Disc Error (of van dat soort), bij deze nieuwere versie (inmiddels al meer dan 4 maanden in m'n spelers) is dat geen probleem meer, tenzij je echt je cd's hebt schoongemaakt met een schuursponsje.

Nieuwe update voor de Denon DN-S1200, hier te downloaden. De nieuwe update is de V1400.

Ook een nieuwe update voor de HS5500 speler, welke hier te downloaden is. Deze V1300 update heeft de driftende platter verholpen en zorgt verder voor het volgende:

Added ( BACK ) function to Folder search so you may scroll UP the list again
Addes Min/Max display dots to the effects screen when using dry/wet effects knob
Added faster text scrolling speed by use of a keyboard
Improved other minor items

Denon heeft ook een update voor de S1200 speler uitgebracht, luisterend naar de naam V1410.

In deze update zijn de volgende dingen aangepast/verholpen:
Improved: CD reading conditions to avoid a random and infrequent “Pause” during playback
Improved: CD reading conditions to improve playability during playback with smart detection:
Condition 1: The player now automatically recalibrates its focus gain to an adequate level for CDs in very poor condition. During this status, the displays "CD" icon will flash rapidly as a visual warning.
Condition 2: The player will automatically change its reading speed “down” if it cannot change its focus gain to an adequate level. If this happens, the displays “CD” icon will flash slowly as a visual warning. During this status, long seamless backspins may sound choppy and not available. In either case, we strongly recommend replacing such defective discs with a new copy. We recommend using, “Taiyo Yuden” brand CD-R’s for best performance.

Deze update biedt een verbetering voor o.a. de volgende symptomen:

11. Improved Non title scrolling after the EFX were turned ON/OFF in Cont mode (CD/USB).
12. Improved Turning the PM knob twice and repeating the same first top Title.
13. Improved Play list search (Back) point when the [BACK] is pushed while choosing a File.
