  • Very disappointed!!

    I ordered some dj equipment last Saturday (8 August) and paid extra to have it delivered on Sunday 9 August. I did not receive the items on the Sunday. The following week I phoned up to three times every day and each time I was told the items would arrive tomorrow and that they would phone me back with details of the time of delivery and the track and trace code. This never happened.

    When I spoke to PostNL they said one of the items that had initially been out of stock (and was sent seperately from the other items) did arrive at a pick-up point in The Hague but was sent back to Goes as the form had not been filled in correctly! I also received a slip to pick-up something else from another pick-up point. I thought finally this must be it but when I went there it was only a 25 euro giftvoucher (supposedly to compensate me for the hassle)!! I have no idea where the other items are - despite the fact that I have been told many times that they have been sent I have no information about this! This really is very bad service!!

    At first, I have to make my apologies for this inconvenience!

    I've seen you've spoke with my colleague Jos today and he's on top of it. A new shipment has been made and I hope everything will be solved properly.
