FMR RNC 1773 Flashing Lights

Decided to bring out my RNC compressor for a project and I can't get it to power on properly. When I plug in an appropriate power supply all I get is all the lights flashing steadily (approx 1/4 second between) with no sound.

I've tried with and without other cables, different psu, and at different knob settings. So far as I know it hasn't received and hard bumps or water damage. What could be causing this?10.0.0.0.1
